Wind Blow Estate
is a villa consisting of three separate suites, each offering total privacy and a
full range of amenities for our guests. The upper (Suite
#1) and lower (Suite
feature one bedroom and one bath, a well-appointed kitchen and a spacious living
room. The middle (Suite #2) features two bedrooms and two baths, full kitchen facilities
and a spacious living room. Wind Blow is designed as a self-catering facility,
though you may also wish to enjoy several of our excellent restaurants in the village
of Calibishie, an easy 20 minute walk from Wind Blow.

are expected to procure their own food. Limited supplies of groceries and beverages
are obtainable from shops on the main road in Calibishie.
There is a wider selection in Portsmouth, especially near the Ross
on the main highway south. There are, fruits, vegetables, yogurts,
meals available in a small market area beside the University grounds.
James Store and Whitchurch IGA provide an extensive selection of
packaged foods, Every Saturday,
there is a farmers market in Portsmouth and Calibishie. Starting
at about 5:00 AM this is must do
activity. Local farmers and fisherman have fresh produce available
If you want a more extensive selection such as lamb, ham and bacon, it is necessary
to shop in Roseau about an hours bus ride away. Three larger department stores Whitchurch,
Astaphan’s or Brisbanes (Breezy Mart) They carry an extensive selection of "North
American" or "European" foods. There is very colorful farmer's market
every Friday and Saturday morning by the mouth of the Roseau River in Rosseau. .

Fresh fish may be purchased when local fishing boats return in the afternoon at Marigot,
Anse de Mai and Calibishie, Lobsters can be obtained, ask any of the "locals".

BalconyThe upper Suite has a large balcony ideal to sit out and enjoy the view of the area, grounds and the ocean in the distance. You can dine in the cool shade, while watching for parrots in the trees across the valley.
Living RoomThe area features at futon, for an extra guest, DVD player with a TV hook up. High Speed interent, table, chairs. A great place to relax after a day of Island Touring or exploring.
KitchenVery well equipted for cooking a light snack or a full meal. All standard applicances including blender, food processer, toaster, coffee maker, full fridge with large freezer, stove with oven and much more.
BedroomQueen bed with side tables, dresser, storage for clothing,tables for suitcases, and keylock safe.
There is a shower , toilet and wash basin vanity. off to one side.
EntranceThe upper suite has a small balcony opening onto a small garden with a picnic table and wood fired BBQ. There are secuity bars and a entrance door. A great place to enjoy the tropical gardens.
Large BedroomThere is a queen size bed. Side tables dresser and cupboard round out the bedroom. There is lots of storage space, if you are planning a long term stay.
Living roomThe living room features a Futon, for guests, TV & DVD player, WI FI and lots of space to unwind after a day of exploring.
Kitchen - North American StyleFull well equiped kitchen, gas stove, standard appliances, fridge with freezer, microwave, Pots and pans dishes and more make for a complete kitchen., and easy meal preparation.
The View and AreaThe lower suite has optional parking close to the door. An a view of the tropical gardens and easy access to an out door BBQ and pic-nic area.
